Any application is useful and productive only if implemented properly. Foresight Technology has well structured implementation policy.
If the application is implemented by ourselves which is the case for products developed by us, 4Sight provides implementation plan prior to start of implementation. The dates, milestones and agreed expectations are clearly documented and signed off by both the parties (4Sight and the customer).
Our implementation team is well trained, knowledgeable to cater to the needs of the customer and we speak the same language. We have a team of experts for functional area as well as for technical area. The functional consultants are qualified chartered accountants having rich experience in core functional issues as well as good exposure to software development. The technical consultants are either chartered accountants switched over to software programming or qualified engineering graduates and postgraduates having several years of software development experience.
Implementation done by Principals
Some of the applications require expertise coming from the suppliers, who will be implementing alongwith Foresight experts. After implementation first level support will be provided by 4Sight.
Project Mode
During the demo and presales consultancy, our consultants would advice the clients whether the software is fully compatible with their requirements or not. In case the customer requires some modification in functionalities or introduction or deletion of some fields we undertake this implementation work as a Project. Project does not mean an altogether new product but we work around the software with out major modification to the core modules.
Customer Cost
Depends on case-to-case basis. The cost consists of three components:
» the cost of system study and requirement mapping
» customization documentation and
» Developmental charges.
There is no standard price for any of the above activities. It depends upon the complexity of work. |
