| Fixed Assets Management |
This module enables to classify and maintain the assets location-wise, user-wise, category-wise and cost centre-wise. Depreciation can be done to the assets on a periodic basis. This module enables the fully depreciated assets to remain in the assets pool with zero value. The assets could be transferred from location to location. If any changes are done on the assets, those assets can be re-valued. This module also will enable the assets to be split or assembled to form separate asset entities. Disposal of assets is also possible in this module.

| Accounts Payable |
This module allows approving the supplier-bills from the central payments. The module is used to create payment advice which can later be taken into the Core-financial application for creating the payment itself. The facility to cancel a payment as well as hold a payment is also given in this module. |

| Project Supervision |
This module maintains the details of the project which is given for Sub-contract fully or partially. This will monitor the progress of the project against the budgeted figures. In short this tracks the project status. The processing of invoices for the sub-contractors is also done in this module.

| Project Mannagement |
If the clients themselves are handling the projects directly and executing the deliverables, then they need a comprehensive project management module. This module facilitates this. The profitability analysis for the project could also be done in this module.

| Budget |
The budget module allows the client to predetermine the funds required for each operation. The approval can be done against the budgets and the procurement can be controlled by it. Both the macro level and micro level budgeting could be done.
The variants against the budgeted figure could be analyzed and hence this becomes an important tool in the planning process.

| Real Estate |
The real estate module is an en-to-end module for managing
the properties. This covers the land lord information, tenant information, building information, occupation ratio etc. This
module also enables to track the post dated cheques
collected and the due dates of the cheque presentations. By having a tight control on the post dated cheques a large amount of time and effort is reduced for completion of the collection of dues. This module also tracks the maintenance of the buildings including subcontracting vendors for
maintenance.

| Cost Mananagement |
This is a very important and useful module for Finance
Controllers. This is mainly an analytical tool by which
the management can analyze the cash outflow on
various heads. This extracts the various costs and
produces analysis in different formats as per the set
parameters.
For example, analysis could be done:
- By number of people
- By the space occupied
- Per manager.. etc.
The architecture is kept open so that the customization
is possible for any client as per their specific analytical
requirements. |

| Marketing & Promotion |
The marketing and promotion module takes care about
the product promotions and helps the bank to reach out
to the customers in an effective way. The module has
the capability to handle the marketing calendar and the
product wise marketing merchandise such as product
flyers, logos and write-ups. This module also manages
the subcontractors work and will have an inventory of all
the promotional materials available with the subcontractors.
This also captures the information about the e-assets
related to the marketing. On the promotional front, the
module helps to supplement the marketing activity by
providing the promotional calendar and the proportional
fund utilization.

| Human Resources |
The Human Resources module takes care of the
employee related information. The system will track
the following:
- Employee details
- Family details
- Labour Card
- Passport details
- Vacation details
- Visa Details etc.
The system also records the employee suggestions
and grievances. The provision for storing the employee
CV and photograph is also provided.
Employee appraisal could be done based on the criteria
provided and employee performance could be reviewed. |

| Payroll |
This module facilitates to record the employee attendance,
employee leave and could be used to process the payroll of
the employee. Employee payroll can be generated based on
the pay-scale fixed and will automatically make any
deductions and calculate the payable salary.
The system will also generate pay-slips for all the employees.
